This Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PTToC) application is provided as a supplementary communication tool for emergency services agencies within our county. By using this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Mission Critical Use: This PTToC application is not intended for mission-critical operations. It is designed to serve as an auxiliary means of communication and should not be relied upon as the primary method of communication during emergency operations. This application is not meant to replace standard issue pagers, two-way radios, or other established emergency communication devices.

Dependence on Broadband Internet: The functionality of this PTToC application is contingent upon both the user and the host site having access to a stable broadband internet connection. Users must acknowledge that the availability and reliability of the application are subject to the limitations of their internet service provider and network conditions.

Recording of Transmissions: All communications transmitted through this application are subject to recording. These recordings may be used for training, quality assurance, and operational review purposes by authorized personnel.

Right to Terminate Usage: The use of this PTToC application is a privilege, not a right. The Director of Emergency Management, or their designee, reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the application at any time, at their sole discretion. Such actions may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse of the service, violation of this agreement, or operational necessities.
